Faulty temperature
sensor.

Thermostatic mixing valve
stuck open.

Oil carryover through
lines.

Oil leaks at all fittings and
gaskets.

REMEDY

Replace valve.

Replace.

Inspect and replace.

Check for leaks, fix any leaks
found.

Replace complete set.

Inspect and clean belt.

Check that motor pivots freely
on bracket shaft.

Check/correct pressure limits
in the Controller.

Thaw out. This machine
cannot operate in temperatures
below 32F (0C).

Clean cooler.

Provide unrestricted supply of
cooling air.

Replace filter or clean cooler.
4.
Add oil to proper level.

Replace sensor.

Inspect and/or replace valve.
