  • Page 5 Das Gerät darf nicht feucht sein und nicht in feuchter Umgebung betrieben werden. Arbeiten Sie nicht in der Nähe von explosiven Stoffen (Benzin, Verdünnung). Asbesthaltige Materialien dürfen nicht bearbeitet werden. Manipulationen am Gerät sind nicht erlaubt. Vor jeder Benutzung Gerät, Kabel und Stecker überprüfen. Lassen Sie Schäden nur von einem Fachmann beseitigen.

  • Page 8 Mit dem Stiftlochschlüssel kann die Spannmutter gelöst werden. Danach kann die montierte Schleifscheibe entfernt bzw. die neue montiert werden. Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Bund der Spannmutter wie im Bild dargestellt nach außen zeigt. Stellen Sie durch leichtes Verdrehen der Arbeitsspindel sicher, dass die Spindelarretierung gelöst ist, bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten.
  • Page 9 Ende einrasten (3). Ausschalten: Zum Ausschalten Schalterwippe durch Druck auf hinteres Ende entriegeln (4). Das ERF 14.3 R verfügt über ein Stellrad mit dem die Drehzahl zwischen 900 und 3.000 min –1 stufenlos geregelt werden kann. Dieses befindet sich ander Rückseite der Maschine.
  • Page 10 Pflege und Wartung erforderlich ist. Folgende Punkte sind jedoch stets zu beachten: Das Elektrowerkzeug und die Lüftungsschlitze sind stets sauber zu halten. Bei der Arbeit ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Fremdkörper in das Innere des Elektrowerkzeuges gelangen. Bei einem Ausfall des Gerätes ist eine Reparatur nur durch eine autorisierte Werkstatt ausführen zu lassen.
  • Page 11 Einsatzwerkzeugen oder ungenügender Wartung eingesetzt wird, kann der Schwingungspegel abweichen. Dies kann die Schwingungsbelastung über den gesamten Arbeitszeitraum deutlich erhöhen. Für eine genaue Abschätzung der Schwingungsbelastung sollten auch die Zeiten berücksichtigt werden, in denen das Gerät abgeschaltet ist oder zwar läuft, aber nicht tatsächlich im Einsatz ist. Dies kann die Schwingungsbelastung über den gesamten Arbeitszeitraum deutlich reduzieren.

  • Page 15 Do not use the tool near explosive materials. (i.e. petro, diluent) Do not work with materials containing asbestos. Modifications of the tool are prohibited. Prior to every use, check the tool and its cable and plug. Have damages only repaired by specialists. Insert the plug into the socket only when the tool switch is off.
  • Page 16 Keep the handles dry, clean and free of oil and grease. During operation always hold the tool with both hands. Make sure that persons in the work space are not endangered by particles flying around. For further safety instructions please refer to the enclosure!   • Page 18 Use the face spanner to unscrew the driving nut. Then remove the mounted grinding wheel respectively mount the new one. The assembly works the other way round! Pay attention that the collar of the clamping nut faces away from the machine, as shown in the figure.
