This item to turn on/off prefetching of adjacent cache lines.

This item enableds or disableds Hyper-Threading. When enabled for Windows XP and Linux (OS
optimized for Hyper-Threading Technology) and disabled for other OS (OS not optimized for
Hyper-Threading Technology).
