Using the intermediate ring
Never open the housing in an area
with
a
potentially
atmosphere.
To insert the eyelet ring, it is necessary
to open the logger. To do this, use the
opening tool:

AL 122 Eyelet ring
The data logger EBI 12 series are, by
default, without an eyelet.
An intermediate ring with eyelet can be
used if required.
A suitable eyelet ring is available as an
accessory.
Go to the insert the eyelet ring as
follows:

With the help of the opening tool -
Open the logger (Figure 1).

Remove the O-rings and clean the
slots.

Now set up the eye ring onto the top
part of the Logger (Figure 2).

Take this new O-rings, apply a thin
film of grease and insert it into the
grooves. (See steps 7 and 8 on
page 28)

Now screw the logger again and
drag it with the opening tool by hand
(Figure 3).
Take only as much fat that the rings
shine everywhere but no fat clumps.

Pour installer l'œillet de fixation, il est
nécessaire d'ouvrir l'enregistreur.

Les enregistreurs série EBI 12 sont
livrés par défaut sans œillet.
Un œillet peut être installé si besoin,
disponible en tant qu'accessoire.
Pour installer l'œillet, veuillez procéder
ainsi :
- Ouvrez l'enregistreur à l'aide de
l'outil d'ouverture (fig.1)
- Retirez les joints et nettoyez les
rainures
- Positionnez l'œillet au niveau du
boîtier haut de l'enregistreur (fig.2).
- Prenez les nouveaux joints,
imprégnez les de graisse et insérez les
dans les rainures. (voir étape 7 et 8
page 28)
- Fermez à présent l'enregisreur et
serrez fermement à l'aide de l'outil
d'ouverture (fig.3).
Utilisez juste la quantité de graisse
nécessaire pour les joints brillent
mais évitez tout excès.
