Cleanthebarcodescannerregularly
(8d)withasoft,dampcloth,sothatthe
TASSIMOmachinecanscanthebarcode
ontheTDISCproperly.

Wipetheoutsideoftheappliancewitha
soft,dampcloth.
Rinse out the water tank and filter car-

tridgeholderbyhandandwithwateronly,
anddonotplaceitinthedishwasher.
The lid of the water tank cannot be

cleanedinthedishwasher.

Allpartsofthecupstandcanbewashed
inthedishwasher.

RemovetheTDISCholder(8a),the
piercing unit (8b) and the drink outlet
(8c)andcleanthoroughly.Alltheseparts
canalsobecleanedinthedishwasher.
When preparing a number of drinks one
afteranother,thepiercingunitmaybe
manually cleaned quickly and easily
underrunningwater.

Werecommendthatyoucleanthe
brewingunitregularlyusingtheService
TDISCasdescribedunder"Firstuseof
yourTASSIMOmachine".

CAUTION
!
To avoid risk of burn or scalding:
Piercingunitcanbeveryhotimmediately
afterbrewing.Waituntilitiscoolbefore
removingorcleaning
Important:Afteruse,werecommendthatthe
ServiceTDISCbestoredinitscompartment
at the back of the appliance (9).
Note: After dispensing a milky drink or
hot chocolate drink, we recommend that
you first clean the piercing unit and then
thebrewingunitusingtheServiceTDISC
before making another drink.
