Troubleshooting Can I connect or disconnect the TU2-ETG while the computer is on? Yes, you can connect or disconnect the TU2-ETG while the computer is on because the USB interface is Plug-and-Play compliant and hot-pluggable. Windows is unable to recognize my hardware.
