Water is leaking from the
appliance.
The door cannot be
opened.
The appliance is not filling

Cause/Remedy
Unbalance problem, spinning phase is aborted.
Turn the programme selector to Off, wait for five seconds and then switch it on
again. If the display appears again, call customer services.
Cause/Remedy
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.

Tighten the screw fitting on the supply hose.

– – – – (Rinse hold = no final drain) is activated (depending on the mod-

ule). Continue the programme by selecting 0 Spin and pressing Start/
Pause A .
The temperature in drum is too high to open the door.

Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?

Have you touched the Start/Pause A button or selected Ready In ñ?

Is the door closed?

Childproof lock activated? Deactivate childproof lock.

Drain pipe or water drain hose is blocked. Clean the drain pipe and the

water drain hose.
Drain pipe or water drain hose is caught or jammed. Ensure that the drain

pipe and the water drain hose are not kinked or trapped.
