About This Task
The controller ships with one power supply unit. You can replace the existing power
supply unit if needed or add a second unit as a backup.
Note
The controller requires one power supply to operate normally. Remove and
replace only one power supply at a time in a system that is powered On.
With two power supply units installed, the power load is distributed across both power
supplies to maximize efficiency. When you remove one unit with the system powered
On, then the remaining power supply unit picks up the power load.

Handle
Redundant power supply unit. The part number for the redundant
power supply unit is PSI-1300W-APL.
The power supply unit plate helps to cool the controller when a
redundant power supply is not installed.
