on a smartphone via Bluetooth
communication.
• The costs associated with
downloading and updating
the Application, and costs of
telecommunication to use the
Application (including the additional
costs of telecommunication for
reconfiguring the settings when the
Application is not properly updated or
operated) are the responsibility of the
user.

1. Safety precautions • Thoroughly read the following safety precautions before using the remote controller. • Observe these precautions carefully to ensure safety. WARNING Indicates a risk of death or serious injury. CAUTION Indicates a risk of serious injury or structural damage. • After reading this manual, pass it on to the end user to retain for future reference. - Page 3 Precautions for using smartphone application • When operating an air conditioner from a remote controller located outside the visibility of the air conditioner, make sure that the operation of the air conditioner will not negatively affect its surroundings or the occupants beforehand.

2. Basic operations • Using the Application, air conditioning systems can be operated. • The following settings can be confi gured with the Application: ON/OFF, preset temperature, operation mode, fan speed, vane angle, ventilation, louver, and HOLD* settings *HOLD setting is displayed only when PAR-CT01MAU is connected. Note: T he setting cannot be changed for the function whose operation is prohibited or locked from the centralized controller or the remote controller. - Page 5 *1 The password can be displayed as follows. • PAR-CT0*MA series and PAC-SF0*CR → Tap [ ] at the top right corner of the Main display on the remote controller to display the password. • PAR-4*MA series → Press the F1 and F2 buttons simultaneously when ON/OFF is set to OFF on the Main display.
