    Where to Place and How to Stabilize the Upright Lifecycle Bike Read the entire manual before setting up the bike. After following all Safety Instructions, move the bike to the location where it will be used. Allow a clearance of 2 ft. (0.6 m) in the directions the bike is accessed from and 3 ft. (1 m) between the front or rear of the bike or any other objects.

    The Integrity X and Integrity C consoles are powered by a rechargeable 6-volt battery. Check the battery by pressing the GO button. The console should beep and light up. The console will display the Life Fitness logo. If a prompt doesn’t appear, mount the unit and begin pedaling.

    Before You Begin The monocolumn with console attached is positioned with the back of the console laying on the bike seat. The seat is set to the lowest position. 1. Remove and discard the metal bracket that holds the monocolumn to the base. Use a 13mm socket to remove the two M8 screws, two plastic washers and two M8 hex lock nuts that secure the monocolumn to the bracket.
