• Never allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
• Store batteries away from metal objects in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place.
• Never expose batteries to direct sunlight or rain.
• Remove batteries from the device if it is not going to be used for a long period of time.
• Dispose of discharged batteries immediately and properly. Never dispose of batteries
in fire.
• When disposing of batteries, keep batteries with different electrochemical systems
separate.
• CAUTION! Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
• Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type can damage product safety.
• Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a
battery, can result in an explosion.
• Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can
result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the
leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• Avoid exposing a battery to high or low extreme temperatures or low air pressure at
high altitude during use, storage or transportation.

The baby scale is only intended for measuring the weight of babies and small children.
The baby scale is not a medical device. The baby scale is only intended for private use.
It is not suitable for commercial or clinical use. The baby scale must only be used for the
purpose for which it is designed and in the manner specified in the instructions for use.
Any form of improper use can be dangerous. The manufacturer is not liable for damage
resulting from improper or incorrect use.
