The display cabinets without the incorporated group are not equipped with the water
discharge evaporating system. Therefore it is highly recommended to empty frequently the
drip pan in order to avoid unpleasant overflows.

8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

8.1 Cleaning
NEVER USE DIRECT OR INDIRECT JETS OF WATER FOR CLEANING THE DISPLAY
CASE.
Clean all internal and external parts frequently with warm water, neutral soaps and non-abrasive
sponges and dry using a soft cloth.
Warning: for the correct running of the counter, the
display deck must be properly inserting in their seat.
A monthly cleaning of the condensing unit must be carried
out in display cabinets with motor incorporated, using a
brush or a vacuum cleaner. Pay attention not to damage
the cooling fins (remove the protection plate to reach the
condensing unit – see pag. 19).
Attention: a regular cleaning of the condensing unit is
important to ensure a correct function of the counter
and energy saving.
Furthermore, regularly clean the pan of the automatic evaporating unit condensing water following
the instructions here below given to pull it out.
