Instructions for Meter's Return
If there is an issue with the Meter, you agree to a telephone consultation with
ARKRAY's Technical Service to attempt to remedy the issue. If that attempt
by telephone is unsuccessful, you will be directed on how to return the Meter
to ARKRAY. Should this occur, clean the outside surface, as described in the
"Cleaning and Disinfecting the Meter" section before returning the Meter
to ARKRAY.
