If the distance between the ceiling and the unit is above 35mm, add some ceiling material to shorten the distance.

To prevent the gasket from breaking off, a gasket anchor board can be helpful.

  • Page 29 DC Inverter U-Match Series Cassette Type Unit 3.2.4 Connection Pipe Vacuum Pumping NOTICE Make sure the outlet of vacuum pump is away from fire source and is well- ventilated. (1) Remove the caps of the liquid valve, gas valve and also the service port. (2) Connect the hose at the low pressure side of the manifold valve assembly to the service port of the unit’s gas valve, and meanwhile the gas and liquid valves should be kept closed in case of refrigerant leak.

(3) Condensate drain pipe should be connected into special drain system for air conditioner.

    DC Inverter U-Match Series Cassette Type Unit 3.3 Electrical Installation 3.3.1 Requirement and Notice on Electrical Installation WARNING: The electrical installation for the air conditioner should observe the following requirements: ① The electrical installation must be conducted by professionals in compliance with local laws and regulations and the instructions in this manual.

Power cord should be secured along with the right side plate and fixed to the hook with a wire clamp so as to avoid contacting the pipeline. The communication line between indoor and outdoor units should also be laid along with the right side plate but away from the power cord.
