Gerätebeschreibung Das Zip HydroTap ® G4 BC 160/175 ist ein elektronisch geregeltes System für Küchen und Teeküchen, das filtriertes und gekühltes sowie kochend heißes Trinkwasser liefert. Während das Gerät unsichtbar unter der Spüle installiert wird, erfolgt die Entnahme bequem über eine spezielle Armatur. -

Montage Installation der Armatur Hinweis: Die Armatur darf nicht weiter als 900 mm über dem Boden des Untertischgerätes installiert werden, um einen zu niedrigen Wasserdruck zu vermeiden. Armatur Hinweis: Die Armatur darf unter keinen Umständen gedreht werden, nachdem sie fest montiert wurde! Sockel 1. -

CLAGE 4. Montage Optional: Installation mit KXB Der Belüftungsschacht KXB (Artikel-Nr.: 893450) ist ein Zubehörelement für das BC160/175, dass den Lüftungsausschnitt »C« der regulären Installation ersetzt. Die warme Abluft wird durch den KXB geleitet und vorn am Unterschrank ausgeblasen. Das BC-Gerät wird einfach auf den KXB platziert und mit ihm zusammen im Unterschrank montiert. -

Zip HydroTap ® G4 BC160/175 5. Gebrauch Hinweis: Wenn das Trinkwassersystem mehrere Tage lang nicht benutzt wurde, lassen Sie etwa fünf Minuten lang kaltes Wasser aus der Armatur ablaufen. Bedienung Betätigen Sie die rote Taste, um kochendes Wasser zu zapfen. Wenn die Taste Kochendwasser-Hebel Gekühltwasser-Hebel niedergedrückt wird, fließt kochendes Wasser solange sie festgehalten wird. -

Booster - Einstellungen zum Betrieb eines zusätzlichen Durchlauferhitzers zur Vorerwärmung des heißen Wassers. Um einen Booster anschließen zu können, ist eine technische Modifikation des Gerätes notwendig (nicht im CLAGE-Sortiment enthalten). Kalibrierung Lichtsensor - Der Lichtsensor an der Armatur kann auf die Lichtverhältnisse am Installationsort kalibriert werden. -

CLAGE 6. Wartung und Pflege Reinigung Die Oberflächen des Untertischgerätes und der Armatur nur mit einem feuchten und hygienisch unbedenklichen Tuch abwischen. Keine scheuernden, lösungsmittel- oder chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Die Untertischeinheit und die Armatur nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl reinigen, da dies die Elektronik beschädigen könnte. -

Description of Appliance The Zip HydroTap ® G4 BC 160/175 is an electronically controlled system which delivers filtered boiling water as well as chilled still drinking water for kitchens and pantries. The appliance itself is stowed away out of sight below the sink and the water is dispensed via a special tap. -

CLAGE 4. Installation Optional: Installation with KXB The vent tray kit KXB (article-no.: 893450) is an accessory for the BC160/175 which replaces the venting cut out ‘C’. The warm exhaust air is routed through the KXB and will be blown out directly in front of the cupboard. -

Installation Optional: Installing the tray The tray (article number: 4100-44111) is an accessory which can be used to install the tap independently of a kitchen sink. 1. Ensure that a water supply, a drain, a socket fitted with at least a 10 A fuse and enough room for the undersink unit are all available at the tray installation location. -

CLAGE 4. Installation Commissioning 1. Before using the unit for the first time, flush through the connecting pipes and hoses thoroughly. To flush, detach the flexible hose from the water inlet of the undersink unit and hold it over a drain or bucket. Turn on the water and allow it to run for several minutes. -

A technical modification has to be made to the unit in order to connect up a booster (not included in CLAGE range). Light sensor calibration – the light sensor on the tap can be calibrated for the light conditions at the installation location. -

Using the Tap and at the same time press the Safety button on the tap. • To dispense boiling water when Scald Protection is enabled, press the Safety button three times in succession. All LED´s of the tap flash three times to confirm. Boiling water can then be dispensed for 30 seconds. -

6. Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning The plastic surfaces and taps should be wiped with a slightly wet and hygienic cloth only. Do not use abrasive or chlorine-based cleaning agents or solvents. To prevent damage of the electronic components do not clean the undersink unit and tap with a water jet. -
