Defrost function

By pressing the button "Defrosting"
toasted. With this, the toaster slowly warms the bread. Activating the defrost
function will allow the frozen bread to achieve the same browning level as when
you toast fresh bread.
1) After setting the desired browning level, insert the bread into the toaster
slots 7.
2) Press the operating button 8 downwards.
3) Press the button "Defrosting"
4) When the defrosting and toasting process is finished, the toaster switches itself
off automatically, the control lamp integrated in the button "Defrosting"
goes out and the bread slices are ejected to the top.
NOTE
Press the "Defrost" button
The integrated control lamp goes out and the defrost process switches to
a normal toasting process.

Crisping bread rolls

You can warm up rolls until they are crispy using the bread roll rack 6.
NOTE
Never place bread rolls directly on the appliance! Always use the bread
roll rack 6.
Make sure that the rolls do not fall through the bread roll rack 6.
1) Press down the lever for the bread roll rack q until the bread roll rack 6 is
fully extended.
2) Place the bread rolls onto the bread roll rack 6 and start the toasting
procedure. Set the toasting dial 2 to the desired browning level. We
recommend setting the browning level to 1, but the setting may vary
depending on the bread type and personal taste.
3) As soon as the appliance switches off, turn the rolls over to toast the other
side, and then switch the appliance back on.
4) When you no longer need the bread roll rack 6, fold it back in by pushing
the lever for the bread roll rack q back up.
