Note: Some service providers may require that a
SIM card is inserted, and in some cases that the PIN
has been entered as well.
Emergency numbers
Some countries may not promote the
international emergency number, 112. Your
operator may therefore have stored additional
local emergency numbers on the SIM card.
To use another emergency number
1. Press
to go to the Phone book menu.

Receiving calls

When you receive a call, the phone rings and the
display shows Answer?
Tip: Press
when the phone rings to mute
signal.

Making and receiving calls
to go to the number you want,
If your subscription includes the Calling Line
Identification (CLI) service and the caller's network
sends the number, the caller's number is shown in
the display. If you have saved the caller's name
and number in the phone book, the caller's name is
displayed. If the network does not send the number,
the display shows Withheld.
Answering a call

to answer a call.

Rejecting a call

• slide the volume key on the side of the phone either
upwards or downwards twice.
The caller hears a busy tone if this is supported by
the caller's network. If "Divert calls when busy" is on,
the call is diverted to the number you have specified.

The notepad
You can use the phone to make a note of a phone
number during a call. Use the number keys to enter
the number. When you end the call, the number
remains in the display.
