Below are some of the issues you may run into. If you don't see the issue you're experiencing

Remedies
Refill tank.
Remove and reseat tank.
Re-install Brush Roll Window.
Hold Spray Solution Trigger continuously while using the
machine.
Remove the Brush Roll Window and use pin to clean the
spray tips located underneath the Brush Roll Window.
Remove and reseat tanks.
Turn off the machine, empty the Dirty Water Tank, then
and re-install.
Re-install Brush Roll Window.
Clean the channel with a paper towel.
Remove filter from the top of the Dirty Water Tank,
remove debris clogging the filter screen and clean the
filter.
Remove the Brush Roll Window and Brush Roll to clean
hair and string off of brush ends or remove obstruction.
Remove the Handle and re-insert into the body of the
machine making sure to push down until you hear a
"click".
Place machine on 3-in-1 Docking Station and let charge
for 4 hours.
Empty tank.
Refill tank.
Remove the machine and replace on the dock.
Unplug machine and remove Brush Roll Window and
Brush Roll to clean hair and string off of brush ends.
Ensure machine is docked and restart the machine. If the
issue is not resolved, contact Consumer Care.
Restart machine. If issue does not resolve, contact
Consumer Care.
Remove Brush Roll Window and Brush Roll from
machine, then remove hair or dry debris.
