Installing the Weights
Sand Pro 2040Z Only
Before installing the finish brush kit, ensure that there
are 6 weights installed on the front of the machine;
refer to
Installing and Removing the Weights (page
Installing the Side Brushes
1.
Remove the screw and the locknut on the end
of 1 of the rake side assemblies as shown in
Figure
2.

Remove the screw and the locknut located in
the 5th position from the end of the rake side
assembly as shown in

Align the 2 mounting holes in the brush assembly
with the 2 mounting holes in the rake side
assembly

1. Screws (1/4 x 1-1/4 inch)
2. Locknuts (1/4 inch)

Secure the brush assembly to the rake with 2
screws (1/4 x 1-1/4 inch) and 2 locknuts (1/4
inch); refer to
Figure
5.
Repeat the procedure for the other side of the
rake.
Note:
The side brushes are not symmetrical.
Ensure that the center brush overlaps the side
