If the picture is very poor with some spot ,maybe AGC is not enough. You can
adjust the corresponding PAL AGC or SECAM AGC

It`s used for adjusting NICAM. It`s ok when DISCO is set up to 127±2.
6. AUTO POWER
When AUTO POWER is on, push the AC switch, TV set will turn on automatically.
7. AUTO BURNING
When AUTO BURNING is on, push the AC switch, TV set will enter the burning
mode, you could exit it pressing the "POWER" DC
