Self-supporting structure in 25 mm double skin panels. • Insulation by mineral rock wool th. 25 mm, density 40 kg/m • Thermal conductivity 0.037 W/(mk) (20/80°C). A1 fire classification according to standard EN 13 501.1. Interior finishing in Z275 galvanized steel and exterior finishing in pre-painted steel, C5 corrosion resistant. 3.3 Handling and lifting The units are delivered screwed onto pallets made to the dimensions of the box. The handling of UTBS ECOWATT air handling units ® can be done by pallet truck, forklift or crane. The handling equipment will be adapted to the load and the lifting conditions.

Access for maintenance AHUs can be ordered with dampers and right hand/left hand connections (depending UTBS ECOWATT ® on the air flow direction). Access to the filters can be done by their side panel or the lower or upper panels depending on the as- sembly of the unit.
To avoid the transmission of engine vibrations to the building, it is necessary to install anti-vibration mounts at each fixing point. 3.5.1 Damper and cover The ID registers must be fixed with the screws provided in the frame of the UTBS. The cover must be fixed with the self-drilling screws provided on the frame of the UTBS. If there is an ID damper, unscrew the damper fixing screws, overlap the cover and reinstall the screws.

Flexible connexions must be fitted to the inlet or outlet of the module. They are delivered separately unassembled. 3.5.5 Mixing module The mixing module must be mounted at the air inlet of AHU and allows fresh outside air to be mixed with recycled air thanks to registers placed on each air intake.

4.3 Condensate drain It is essential to install a siphon with a difference in level greater than the available pressure of the fan (in mm CE) so that the condensate drains from the tray are done correctly. The drainage network must provide a minimum slope of approximately 2%.

8.5 Maintenance / replacement of the water coil To maintain the coil's characteristics, purge the water circuit once a year. After removal, the coil can be cleaned with a water jet, steam or compressed air, proceed with care as not to damage the coil's fin.
