Before you begin Read these instructions completely and carefully. IMPORTANT - Save these instructions for the local inspector s use. IMPORTANT - Observe all governing codes and ordinances. IMPORTANT - Remove all packaging material and literature from the oven before connecting the gas and electrical supply to the range. -

Steps for installation Remove packaging materials Failure to remove packaging materials could result in damage to the appliance. Remove all packing parts from the oven, racks, heating elements and drawer. Also remove protective film and labels on the door, cooktop and control panel. Prepare the opening (for indoor use only) See ilustrations for all rough-in and spacing... - Page 7 Minimum dimensions between cooktop, walls and above the cooktop • Provide adequate clearances between the range and adjacent combustible surfaces. These dimensions must be met for the safe use of your appliance. • Make sure the wall covering, countertop, flooring and cabinets around the range can withstand the heat (up to 200°F (90°C)) generated by the range.

Electrical connection WARNING! This appliance must be properly earth grounded. Malfunction or breakdown grounding can result electric shock. Do not remove the ground prong. Do not use and adapter or an extension cord. Do not modify the power plug, power cord, or power outlet in any way. Electrical Requirements - 120-volt, 60 Hertz, properly grounded dedicated circuit protected by a 15-amp or 20-amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse. -

Gas supply WARNING! Fire Hazard: Do not use a flame to check for gas-tightness. WARNING! Explosion Hazard: Do not use excessive torque when making gas line connections. Excessive torque can damage gas pressure regulator and other gas line components. Surface burners WARNING! Fire or Explosion Hazard: Do not operate the burner without all burner parts in place. 1. Caps - Place caps on proper size burner. 2. Burners - Place surface burners into corresponding position on cooktop. 3. Single Grates - Place the oval (center) headcap assembly over the electrode on the cooktop. -

Check surface burners Yellow flames - call for service Yellow tips on outer cones - Normal for propane gas Push and turn knob to IGNITE position. You will hear a clicking sound indicating proper operation of the spark module. Retire todas las piezas de embalaje del horno, de los estantes, de los elementos calefactores y de la gaveta. Este aparato debe estar conectado apropiadamente a una toma de tierra. El no hacerlo puede resultar en una descarga eléctrica. -

Suministro de gas ADVERTENCIA! Riesgo de incendio: no utilice una llama para comprobar si hay fugas de gas. ADVERTENCIA! Peligro de explosión: no exceda los 25 pies-libras de torque al hacer las conexiones de la línea de gas.
