10.7 Configuring the TSSC

To configure the TSSC, refer to the section "Tape System Call Home Setup for IBM TS7700" in the
Installation chapter of the IBM TS3000 and TS4500 System Console Maintenance Information manual.

11.0 Test Procedures

The test procedures were performed during the configuration. The service representative should go on to
RETAIN to verify that the problem record was entered into RETAIN.
To test the RETAIN connection, refer to the section "Testing RETAIN Connection" in the Installation
chapter of the IBM TS3000 and TS4500 System Console Maintenance Information manual.
