Battery capacity indicator
There are battery capacity indicators on the battery pack; you can check the capacity status of the battery if
you press the button. Before using the machine, please press switch trigger to check if the battery is full
enough to work properly.
Inserting and removing the battery
WARNING! Do not operate the variable speed on/off trigger whilst inserting the battery.
a) Insert the battery into the battery recess on the tool until it clicks into position.
b) Do not use excessive force when inserting the battery If the battery does not slide in easily, it is not being
inserted correctly and could cause damage to the battery and impact wrench.
c) Depress the battery release button to remove the battery.
4.2 OPERATION-IMPACT WRENCH
a) Inserting and removing a sockets
Before inserting or removing a socket, make sure that the forward/reverse selector is set in the middle
position!
The assembly is done by mounting on the tool holder, the inner hole of the cap. Both elements should be
carefully fitted together and firmly installed on the impact wrench .
b) Disassembly is done by firmly grasping the socket with your hand and pulling in the opposite direction to
the impact wrench being held.
c) Turn on the impact wrench by depressing the variable speed on/off trigger. Increased pressure on the
trigger will increase the speed of the impact wrench.
Selecting rotation directions
Use the forward/reverse selector to select the rotation direction.
When the forward/reverse selector is pushed to the forward side of the device, looking from the impact
wrench profile, the socket will rotate clockwise.
When the forward/reverse selector is pushed to the reverse side of the device, looking from the impact
wrench profile, the socket will rotate counter-clockwise.
WARNING! Do not switch the rotation direction while the device is operating.
SELECTING CORRECT SOCKET
Always use the correct size socket for bolts and nuts. An incorrect size socket will result in inaccurate and
inconsistent fastening torque and/or damage to the bolt or nut.
Changing the high/low mode
High/low mode changes press the high/low-auto stop mode button and within approximately ten second
after releasing the variable on/off trigger when the forward/reverse selector at forward side.
Changing the auto stop mode
Auto stop mode changes press the high/low-auto stop mode button and within approximately ten second
after releasing the variable on/off trigger when the forward/reverse selector at reverse side.
4.3 CLEANING, MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
WARNING! Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water etc. The solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
CAUTION! Always remove the battery before cleaning.
4.3.1 Cleaning
a) Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.
b) Regularly clean the impact wrench with a soft cloth. Preferably after each use.
