Problem encountered
Water leaks at the rear side of
the coffee machine.
Water leaks at the front side
of the coffee machine.
The SWITCH-ON/
STAND-BY/SUPPLY
button will blink to an orange
light
.
The button will blink fast to a
white colour
.
The coffee flows out too fast
and no creamy froth forms on
the surface.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible causes
»   Tank not inserted correctly.
»   Tank damaged.
»   Capsule stuck.
»   Capsule not compatible.
»   The temperature measured
inside the machine is lower
than 41°F (5° C).
»   Generic malfunction.
»  Tank not inserted.
» Tank not inserted correctly.
» Tank damaged.
»  Capsule not compatible.
»  Capsule already used.
Solution
»   Insert the tank correctly.
»   Check for leaks in the tank keeping it separate from
the machine .
»   If the problem remain please contact Lavazza
Customer Service.
»   Open the pod holding tray and remove the pod
found inside.
»   Use Lavazza capsules or compatibles.
»   If the problem remain please contact Lavazza
Customer Service.
»   Disconnect the plug from the socket, then allow
the machine to rest at ambient temperature for the
necessary time.
(N.B. Depending on the initial temperature, this time
may be of up to 2 hours).
Connect the machine plug again to the socket, then
press push-button.
»   Unplug the unit, then plug it again after
approximately 10 seconds.
»   If the problem remain please contact Lavazza
Customer Service.
»  Insert the tank.
»     Insert the tank correctly.
»  Verify that the tank is intact.
»   If the problem remain please contact Lavazza
Customer Service.
»   Use Lavazza capsules or compatibles.
»    Bring the lever back to rest position and load a new
capsule.
»   If the problem remain please contact Lavazza
Customer Service.
