If you have to cut different branches of a tree, first cut
the low branches so that they leave room to access
the high branches.
Recommendation: It is convenient not to make the last
cut with the weight of the branch. It is recommended
to cut the branch and leave for the final one last cut
"end cut" (3). Between the last "normal" cut and the
"end cut" there must be a distance of 5-10 cm. The
end cutting will be done from top to bottom slowly to
prevent the wood from cracking.
7.1.4. CUT WITH THE CUTTER
Hold the machine with the left hand on the handlebar
and the rear hand on the handle so that you can
act on the controls (throttle and safety switch) with
the right hand. If you firmly hold the machine by the
handles it will reduce the risk of rebound and increase
your control over the machine.
Attention !: In order to reduce the risk of loss
of control and possible damages (even fatal) to the
user or nearby people, never use this machine with
one hand or make cuts in which you have to lift the
machine by above shoulder height.
We recommend that you train with small bushes in an
easy position to gain experience before undertaking
more complicated cuts.
Always start the hedge trimmer before inserting the
blade into the area to be cut.
Start cutting at full gas and always keep the machine
at full speed during cutting.
Once the hedge trimmer is running, insert the blade
into the hedge to the plane where you want to cut
and perform wide fan movements. If you tilt the blade
slightly in the cutting direction you will get better
results in the cut.
If, while cutting, the blade locks with some material
stop the machine immediately. Before proceeding to
unlock the blade:
• Make sure the machine is stopped, the spark plug
is disconnected and the blade is stopped.
• Check that the blade temperature is not
• high. If the blade is very hot, wait a few minutes for
it to cool.
• Always wear safety gloves when unlocking the
blade.
• With the help of pliers or tool
• similar remove the element that clogs the blade.
To facilitate the work of cutting you can modify the
angle between blade and transmission. To change to
the angle:
• Turn off the machine.
• Squeeze the safety lever A and, without releasing
it, squeeze the locking lever B to release the axis
of rotation.
• Without releasing both levers, rotate the blade to
the desired angle.
• Release the levers.
• Move the blade slightly so that the axis of rotation
locks.
8. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Make periodic inspections of the machine to ensure
that the machine is correct. For a thorough inspection
take the machine to your dealer.
It is necessary to stop the engine and to check
that the cutting tool is stopped before cleaning or
transporting the machine.
Before performing any maintenance or repair the
machine make sure the engine is off and remove
