4.5 SIMO Service (Virtual SIM)

Acer Connect M3 come with pre-installed SIMO application (virtual SIM). With SIMO application,
you will be able to connect to the internet or using data services without using a physical SIM
card. SIMO offers connection to its mobile operator partners around the globe to give you
access to the internet and data services anywhere, anytime by automatically switching to the
best available local network.
Prior using the virtual SIM (SIMO service), you need to purchase a SIMO data plan first. There are
3 (three) methods you can use to do it:
1. Visit SIMO home page
available data plans and purchase it by filling all the requirements.
2. From Acer M3 device menu. You can find the link to register SIMO service from Menu > SIMO
Service > Show Web QR code.
You can scan the QR code with your mobile phone camera or QR scanner apps and it will give
you an URL for SIMO registration. Below is an example of given URL:
