My cleaner is inky 2 months old and not working.. it turns in, then shuts off, red light flashes… I put on charger and no lights come on, I’ve verified that the outlet works because other stuff works in it….
If your JONR ED12 cleaner turns on, then shuts off with a flashing red light and does not charge, check the following:
1. Battery Issues: If the battery is dead or damaged, remove the adapter, then try resetting the device. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
2. Charging Problems: Ensure the adapter voltage and charging temperature are normal. Remove and reconnect the adapter to reset it.
