Warranty

WANDERS Metaalproducten B.V., based in Netterden, offers a 7-year warranty on the structure of your wood-burning stove from
the date of purchase, provided the fireplace is properly installed and used in accordance with the instructions in this manual. The
warranty covers all defects that can be traced back to faulty materials or manufacturing errors. In those cases, you will receive new
parts free of charge. Labour and other costs are not covered by the warranty. Defective parts can be sent free of charge to WAN-
DERS Metaalproducten B.V., Amtweg 4, 7077 AL, Netterden.
Before fitting the stove, check it for any visible damage.
If the stove is damaged, do not accept the stove and contact your supplier.
Not covered by the warranty: faults caused by improper use; improper compliance
with national rules and regulations and the attached installation and user instructions; installation by an installer or dealer
not approved by WANDERS; neglect of the device and in the event of change of ownership.
The warranty is also void if the wrong fuel is used.
The following warranty periods apply:
3 months: wearing parts, including glass, concrete parts inside the stove (excluding hairline cracks), vermiculite parts
inside the stove (excluding hairline cracks), cast iron grilles, sealing rope, paint damage, wood sets.
2 years: electronic parts and controls, gas burners, gas controls
5 years with normal use: moving parts such as hinges and fasteners
WANDERS is not responsible for any cracks in decorative plasterwork and discolouration of walls, ceilings and/or grills after firing
the stove. That is caused by dust particles burning in the convection mantle. To reduce the risk of cracks in decorative plaster and to
minimise any discolouration, please follow the same advice as given for decorative fireplaces.
Your installer can tell you more. Please first contact the vendor who sold you the stove/your installer if any issues arise.
WANDERS will look at complaints filed by the vendor/installer or the gas company, stating the date of purchase and accompanied
by the a copy of the purchase receipt. Repairs do not entitle the owner to an extension of the warranty period. All consequential
damages are excluded.

General instructions

The Linde has been tested in accordance with international standard EN 13240. The flue pipe has a diameter of 150 mm.
The appliance must be installed and fitted by a qualified installer in accordance with the installation instructions below.
The stove must be fitted in accordance with national and local rules and regulations for the installation and use of wood-burning
stoves. WANDERS provides no warranty if the fireplace is incompletely or incorrectly fitted or installed.
Do not install the stove in:
Shared galleries and corridors.
Stairwells, except in buildings with no more than two dwellings
Areas where highly flammable or explosion-hazardous substances are handled.
Rooms that also feature an active extractor hood or mechanical extraction system, except if you have an external air
supply feeding the stove with fresh air to guarantee safe combustion.
