The 3415 is a compact flashlight / work light with an articulating head
providing multiple uses. It contains dual LEDs (spot and flood) that
support both close up applications as well as distant illumination. The
built-in clip, or clip w/ magnet, allows for hands-free use.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Battery Installation / Replacement
1. Ensure that the tail cap lock is set in the 'Unlock' position.
2. Twist the tail cap counter-clockwise until it stops and pull the tail cap
away from the body.
3. Remove and discard the battery insert.
4. Insert 3 AA batteries in the direction indicated (Energizer™ E91,
Philips™ LR6, Panasonic™ LR6 or Peli P-NiMH-AA)
5. Replace tail cap, turn clockwise until it aligns with the body. For
added security, turn the tail cap lock to the 'Lock' position with the
lanyard attachment.
6. Replicate process for battery replacement.
General Operation
Modes: Spot and Flood, Flood Only, Spot Only, Flashing
Spot and Flood: Press once.
Flood Only: Press twice (within 0.5 second).
Spot Only: Press three times (within 1 second)
Flashing: Press and hold the on/off switch for three seconds from any
mode.
Off: From any operating position, press and release once.
The small LED in the switch indicates the battery status when the
flashlight is turned on:
Green = 61% - 100%
Amber = 21% - 60%
Red =< 20%

MAINTENANCE
General Care and Maintenance
» Clean o-ring with a soft clean cloth to ensure the sealing area is free
of dirt that may damage the o-ring seal.
» Occasionally apply a light coat of food grade silicone grease to the
o-ring.
» Maintain fresh batteries as needed.
» Do not mix old and new batteries.
O-Ring Maintenance
Check closely for cuts, scratches, or otherwise damaged o-ring or mating
lens lip surface. Remove any dirt or foreign matter from o-ring sealing
surfaces. Keep threads, o-ring groove and inside lip of lens lubricated
with silicone grease.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT THE 3415 FLASHLIGHT COMING ON
ACCIDENTALLY WHEN THE FLASHLIGHT IS STORED, REMOVE
THE BATTERIES. IF THE 3415 FLASHLIGHT IS TURNED ON
WHILE IT IS IN A CONTAINER, THE FLASHLIGHT CAN OVERHEAT
AND DAMAGE THE FLASHLIGHT OR THE MATERIAL OF THE
SURROUNDING AREA.

particularly from the use of damaged or counterfeit batteries. Please

Alkaline Batteries
» For those lights with hazardous location safety approvals for
explosive environments, please be advised that the safety approval
is only valid for the specified battery type manufacturers and, where
applicable, brand names that are displayed on the flashlight and/
or instructions sheets that are supplied with the flashlight. The
use of other battery technologies may reduce the performance of
the flashlight, expose the user or others to serious injury and will
invalidate the safety approval.
» Always read the battery manufacturer's recommendations for
the appropriate use of the battery technology/brand prior to using
the flashlight.
» DO NOT mix old and new batteries
» DO NOT mix battery brands / types.
» When replacing the batteries, replace all the batteries at
the same time.
» DO NOT open batteries.
» DO NOT dispose of in fire.
» DO NOT heat above 75°C.
» DO NOT expose batteries to water.
» DO NOT recharge.
» Insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -)
marked on the battery and equipment.
» DO NOT change batteries in a hazardous location.
» DO NOT use batteries beyond their expiration date.
» Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be used for an
extended period of time.

Battery Recycling
ALWAYS dispose of batteries properly at an approved battery recycling
center. Failure to do so can be a crime and can lead to the release of

La 3415 es una linterna / lámpara de trabajo compacta, con un cabezal
articulado que permite su uso en diferentes aplicaciones. Contiene
LED duales (haz concentrado y difuso), lo que permite su uso a poca
distancia así como iluminar zonas lejanas. El clip integrado (o el clip con
imán) permite su uso sin manos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Colocación/Sustitución De Las Pilas
1. Comprobar que la tapa trasera está desbloqueada.
2. Girar la tapa trasera hacia la izquierda hasta que haga tope y
separarla de la linterna.
3. Sacar y desechar el inserto de las pilas.
4. Colocar 3 pilas AA en la dirección indicada (Energizer™ E91,
Philips™ LR6, Panasonic™ LR6 o Peli P-NiMH-AA).
5. Volver a colocar la tapa trasera girándola hacia la derecha hasta
encajarla de nuevo. Para más seguridad, bloquear la tapa trasera
con el gancho de la correa.
6. Repetir el proceso para la sustitución de las pilas.
Funcionamiento General
Modos: Haz concentrado y haz difuso, Solo haz difuso, Solo haz
concentrado, Parpadeo
Haz concentrado y haz difuso: pulsar una vez.
Solo haz difuso: pulsar dos veces (en menos de 0,5 segundos).
Solo haz concentrado: pulsar tres veces (en menos de un segundo).
Parpadeo: mantener pulsado el interruptor de encendido/apagado
durante tres segundos en cualquier modo.
Apagado: desde cualquier posición de funcionamiento, pulsar y soltar
una vez.
El pequeño LED que se encuentra en el interruptor indica el estado de
carga de las pilas con la linterna encendida:
Verde = 61% - 100%
Ámbar = 21% - 60%
Rojo = < 20%

» Limpiar el anillo de sellado de neopreno con un paño limpio y suave
para asegurarse de que el área de sellado esté libre de suciedad
que pueda dañar el anillo de sellado de neopreno.
» Ocasionalmente, aplicar una fina capa de grasa de silicona de
calidad alimentaria al anillo de sellado de neopreno.
» Sustituir las pilas por otras nuevas cuando sea necesario.
» No mezclar pilas antiguas con pilas nuevas.
Mantenimiento Del Anillo
De Sellado De Neopreno
Verificar meticulosamente la ausencia de cortes, arañazos u otros daños
en el anillo de sellado de neopreno y en la superficie de contacto del
reborde de la lente. Eliminar la suciedad o sustancias extrañas de la
superficie del anillo de sellado de neopreno. Lubricar las roscas, la estría
del anillo de sellado de neopreno y el reborde interior de la lente con
grasa de silicona.
PRECAUCIÓN: PARA EVITAR QUE LA LINTERNA 3415 SE
ENCIENDA ACCIDENTALMENTE MIENTRAS ESTÁ ALMACENADA,
SACAR LAS PILAS DE LA LINTERNA. SI LA LINTERNA 3415 SE
ENCIENDE MIENTRAS SE ENCUENTRA EN UN CONTENEDOR, LA
LINTERNA SE PUEDE CALENTAR EN EXCESO, LO QUE PODRÍA
PROVOCAR DAÑOS EN LA PROPIA LINTERNA O EN
LOS MATERIALES SITUADOS A SU ALREDEDOR.

de cualquier otro tipo de pilas puede afectar al rendimiento de la
linterna y exponer al usuario a lesiones graves, y anula el certificado
de seguridad.
» Consultar siempre las recomendaciones de uso del fabricante de las
pilas antes de utilizar la linterna.
» NO mezclar pilas antiguas con pilas nuevas.
» NO mezclar pilas de diferentes marcas/tipos.
» Cuando se vaya a sustituir las pilas, sustituir todas al mismo tiempo.
» NO abrir las pilas.
» NO tirar las pilas al fuego.
» NO someter las pilas a más de 75 °C.
» NO exponer las pilas al agua.
» NO recargar las pilas.
» Introducir las pilas correctamente siguiendo la polaridad (+ y -)
indicada en la pila y en el equipo.
» NO cambiar las pilas en zonas peligrosas.
» NO usar pilas que estén caducadas.
» Sacar las pilas del equipo si no va a utilizarse durante un largo
periodo de tiempo.
