Directly applied mains pressure can exceed pump operating pressure and damage pump. - Page 5 Priming and Operation Fill pump and suction line through the pump discharge or priming port (on flooded suction, simply open gate valve to pump). Ensure outlet nearest to pump is open. Ensure all valves in suction line are open and switch on pump at power outlet.

Partially blocked suction line. Wrong pump selected. Change the installation. *NOTE: For protection, the Davey pump motor is fitted with an automatic reset thermal overload, constant tripping of this overload indicates a problem e.g. low voltage at pump, excessive temperature (above 50°C) in pump enclosure. -

If the claim is found to be valid Davey will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. The Davey warranty is in addition to rights provided by local consumer law.
