    INSTRUCTION MANUAL 7. CARE AND MAINTENANCE 7.1. Defrosting Your Wine Cooler The unit defrosts automatically. The evaporator behind the rear wall of the unit defrosts automatically. The condensation collects in the drainage channel behind the rear wall of the unit, and the flows through the drainage hole into the drip tray by the compressor where it evaporates.
