    2. INSTALLATION 2.1. Prior to use of the product Make sure the power and/or gas installation is suitable. If not, make the necessary arrangements by means of qualified technical and installer. The customer shall be responsible for preparation of the place where the product shall be placed as well as the power and/or gas installation.

  • Page 10 Figure 7 shows the size to which the counter will be cut for installation of the range. Place the prepared range into the counter cut to these sizes. If you will use the range on the built-in oven, observe the figures 8 and 9 for proper air circulation between the oven and range.

    2.3. Wiring You should definitely use an earthed line for the product! The manufacturing firm shall not be responsible for any damages that may occur if the product is used without the earth. Electric shock, short-circuit or fire risk arising from the installation performed by any unprofessional persons! The product should be connected to the mains only by an authorized and qualified person and the warranty of the product starts only after correct installation.

    Connect the product to a grounded cable or line protected by a fuse according to the table of Technical Specifications. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages when used without grounding in accordance with the applicable regulations. WARNING Connection of the product to the mains may be carried out only by an authorized person and product guarantee only starts upon correct installation.
  • Page 13 2.4.1. LPG connection Make sure the gas hose and gas pressure-reducing valve you use on the range are safe. Connect the gas delivery hose with the hose behind the range and tighten it by using a clamp and screwdriver (figure 10). Make sure it is firmly tightened.

    2.5. Sealing inspection Open the pressure-reducing valve or natural gas valve and control by application of much foamy water on the connection to find out any gas leakage. Never control by flame. 2.6. Final inspection Plug the power cable into the socket and activate the fuse of the equipment.

     No special cleaning agent is required for cleaning the product. Clean the product by use of dishwashing liquid, lukewarm water and a soft cloth or sponge and wipe clean with a dry cloth.  Make sure you completely wipe off any liquid left after the cleaning and clean immediately any food around splashed during the cooking.

    2. INSTALLAZIONE (MONTAGGIO) 2.1. Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio: Assicurarsi che l’impianto elettrico e/o gas sia conforme ai requisiti. Nel caso d’inconformità, provvedere all’esecuzione delle necessarie operazioni di adattamento che dovranno essere effettuate da tecnici o installori qualificati. Il cliente dovrà farsi carico della preparazione del luogo di installazione e della realizzazione dell’impianto elettrico e/o di utenza gas, assumendo la relativa responsabilità.

    2.3. Collegamento dei cavi L’apparecchio dovrà essere assolutamente collegato ad un impianto di messa a terra! Il costruttore non assumerà alcuna responsabilità per i danni causati dall’utilizzo dell’apparecchio senza la presenza di un impianto di messa a terra.   • Page 34 2.4.1. Collegamento alla bombola del GPL Assicurarsi che il tubo di gas e la valvola riduttrice di pressione siano perfettamente funzionanti. Collegare il tubo di alimentazione del gas al raccordo posto dietro il piano di cottura e stringerlo con l’aiuto di una fascetta ed un cacciavite (figura 10). Assicurarsi che la vite sia ben serrata.

    2.5. Controllo di tenuta Aprire la valvola riduttrice di pressione o quella del gas naturale e per rilevare le eventuali fughe applicare acqua saponata sul punto di collegamento. Il controllo di tenuta non va mai effettuato con la fiamma. 2.6. Controllo finale Inserire la spina elettrica nella presa e attivare il fusibile dell’apparecchio.

    Le dimensioni del recipiente e l’intensità della fiamma devono essere compatibili. La fiamma del gas deve essere regolata in modo da non sporgere fuori dalla base del recipiente. Il recipiente deve essere messo in modo stabile e centrato sul supporto. 4.4.

     Il piano cottura deve essere pulito dopo ogni utilizzo. In questo modo i residui di alimenti possono essere rimossi più facilmente evitando la bruciatura degli stessi nelle cotture successive.  Non bisogna usare sostanze o detersivi specifici per la pulizia del piano cottura.

    Soluzioni consigliate per alcuni problemi L’apparecchio non funziona.  Spina non inserita (nella presa con imp. di messa a terra). Assicurarsi che la spina sia inserita.  Fusibilie bruciato o interruttore scattato. Controllare il fusibile nella scatola fusibili. Attivare l’interruttore se scattato. Si produce la scintilla ma il fornello non s’infiamma.
