You can eliminate minor issues on your appliance

yourself. Please read the information on eliminating issues
before contacting Customer Service. This may avoid
unnecessary repair costs.
Issue
Appliance door does not open.
Appliance door opens too wide
when activated.
Appliance door opens accidently.
E:2060 lights up.
E:2130 lights up.
E:3000 lights up.
E:3100 lights up.
E:3200 or indicator for water
supply lights up.

Cause and troubleshooting
Childproof lock is activated.
Press the top of the door in the middle twice in quick succession.

Door is not correctly adjusted.
Adjust the appliance door as described in the installation instructions.

Appliance has no power.
Check the mains plug and fuses.

Position the emergency release supplied on the top right or left of the cabinet

Open the appliance door by pulling lightly.
