PROBLEM
The cold coffee is hot
There is little or no froth on the cold
milk
The cold milk is hot
The machine emits noises or small
puffs of steam while not in use
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Too little and/or the wrong quantity of
ice has been used
The ice is not completely dissolved
The "SMALL" quantity is selected, but
the quantity of milk for a large cup has
been used
"MIN" froth has been selected
The stirrer is missing, or the wrong one
has been used
The milk is unsuitable
Hot milk, or milk at room temperature
has been used
The machine is ready for use, or has re-
cently been turned off, and condensate
is dripping into the hot vaporiser

REMEDY
Respect the instructions in section "15. making
cold beverages".
Continue stirring, press "YES" at the end of
preparation when the prompt appears on the
display
Respect the instructions in section "15. making
cold beverages".
Select "EXTRA" froth (see section "15.1 Making
cold coffee")
Insert the aero stirrer (E7)
Change brand of milk
Use milk at refrigerator temperature (5° C)
This is part of normal operation. To limit the
phenomenon, empty the drip tray.
