POSSIBLE CAUSES
The charging voltage is lower than 14.4V, and the
battery charging capacity is less than the rated
Ampere-Hour
The load is too high, and the battery ends
discharging prematurely
The cell over-voltage protection has been triggered
continuously
The ambient temperature is too high or too low, and
the battery cannot be fully charged or discharged
(capacity drop at low temperature range)
In parallel string, one for the two batteries is in
sleep mode due to over-current protection
In series string, the SOC of batteries is out of
balance
The battery life is naturally attenuated, the capacity
is reduced, and the working time is short
Discharge current is too high, trigger overcurrent

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Use the standard charge voltage
Reduce load wattage
Reduce the charge voltage (eg. 14.2V)
Keep working at normal ambient
temperature
Remove connection and wake up the
battery then ensure both batteries are at
similar SOC before reconnection
Disconnect the batteries and recharge
then individually to similar SOC before
reconnection
Replace the battery
Reduce discharge current
Recharge the battery
Remove connection and wake up the
battery then ensure both batteries are at
similar SOC before reconnection
Reduce charge current
Disconnect charging voltage (eg. 14.2V)
Activate the battery
Move the mobile closer to the battery
Close the App and reopen it
