Remove the camera cable

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD module" on page 40
"Remove the hinge cover" on page 42
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 43
"Remove the Hinges" on page 43
"Remove the LCD panel" on page 44
Step 1. Remove the camera cable from the camera board and the sensor board.
