3.3 SHUTOFF & LOCKOUT POWER Any individual that will be adjusting, servicing, maintaining, or clearing an obstruction from this machine needs to ensure that this machine stays safely “OFF” until the adjustment, service, or maintenance has been completed, or when the obstruction has been cleared, and that all guards, shields, and covers have been restored to their original position.
