Before you start Check that the voltage of the extra power supply is the same with the DVR’s requirement, and the ground connection is working properly.

When you select sub-stream, you can record for a longer time with the same storage space. The Redundant Record option is only available on the 16 Channel model with 2x hard drives installed when the HDD mode is Group.
