CAUTION: The heat exchanger fins are sharp.
CAUTION: During use, the upper side of the device gets hot.
Under exceptional conditions, water may flow from the device. Therefore, do not place any object that could
be damaged under the appliance.
The opening of the device is strictly reserved for a qualified technician.
Perform the following actions before opening the device:
1. Switch off the device using the control box
2. Wait for the fans to stop completely
3. Let the device cool down.
4. Switch off the power supply
5. Water-heated models: cut off the power to the central heating
The central heating system supply and return lines must be connected to the appropriate connections.
Do not switch on the device from the mains supply. Use the control box.
For your safety, never stop the air curtains by disconnecting the main power supply. It is essential to use the
control box. Wait 10 minutes before disconnecting the power supply so as not to damage the internal
components of the device.
When heating for the first time, a slight odor may appear corresponding to the removal of any traces linked to
the manufacture of the appliance.
SAFETY RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CLEANING
For safety, before any cleaning or maintenance operation, cut off the power supply to the device and wait for
the unit to cool completely.
To maintain the performance of the device, especially in dusty atmospheres, it is necessary to regularly clean
the air inlet grille using a vacuum cleaner with a soft non-abrasive brush.
For cleaning the body, preferably use a slightly damp cloth.
Never use abrasive products and solvents.
The air curtain needs periodic checks and cleaning.
A dirty or unmaintained air curtain is a potential fire hazard.
