CONTROL FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
Locking and unlocking the display panel
The control panel of the refrigerator is defaulted to the locked status. When the control
panel is locked, no buttons will be accessible except for the Child Lock button. Ensure
the control panel is unlocked before setting temperatures or additional features.
To unlock the control panel, hold down the Child Lock button (6) for 3 seconds, icon (11)
will now no longer display.
To lock the control panel, press the Child Lock button (6) until icon (11) is displayed, this
indicates the refrigerator control panel is now locked.
Features can not be cancelled or modified once the control panel has been locked.
Note: When in the unlocked state, the control panel will automatically lock if no buttons
are pressed after 25 seconds. Icon (11) will display to indicate the panel is now locked.
Controlling the Temperature
Energy Saving mode
The Energy Saving mode is used to set the optimal temperature for both the refrigerator
and freezer compartments with minimal energy consumption. In Energy Saving mode the
refrigerator compartment will be set to 7°C and the freezer compartment will be set to
-15°C.
To enter this mode press the Energy Saving button (5) until the ENERGY SAVING icon
(10) displays.
Super Cool mode
The Super Cool mode quickly reduces the temperature of the REFRIGERATOR
compartment.
To enter this mode press the Super Cool button (3) until the SUPER COOL icon (8)
displays.
Super Freeze mode
The Super Freeze mode quickly reduces the temperature of the FREEZER
compartment.
To enter this mode press and hold the Super Cool button (3) for 3 seconds until the
SUPER FRZ. icon (9) displays.
