Installation
MediCal QA Web Agent
The 'MediCal QA Web Agent' software monitors the display(s) to guarantee optimal and
specified performance during the lifetime of the display. It is mandatory to install the 'MediCal
QA Web Agent' software and apply the default QA Web policy. This policy includes calibration
on regular intervals.
► Go to InCenter (philips.mizecx.com/login.html).
► Select Guest User.
► Enter DCP QAWeb Agent in the search box and start the search.

► Download and install the latest version of the QA Web Agent software. Refer to the
'MediCal QAWeb Agent Installation Instructions for Philips Displays' (included in the ZIP file)
for installation instructions and information on customized features.
► Go to the Barco website (https://www.barco.com/en/support/medical-qaweb/docs).
► Download the User Guide Medical QA Web Agent. Refer to this user guide for information
about the setup, configuration of the software and calibration of the display.
