PERATION
The ceran hob has an energy regulator, a green indicator lamp and a red LED under the ceran glass for each
cooking field.
The energy regulator switches the cooking field on and off and sets the temperature:
Energy regulator off
Energy regulator on (phase)
Energy regulator on (max. power)
Indicator lamp lit
Indicator lamp dark
Red LED lit
Red LED dark
The ceran hob is equipped with 2 residual heat control lights in area (A).
After the cooking field has been switched on the control light begins to light up
when the cooking field temperature has exceeded 70°C. The control lamp lights up
during normal operation.
After the cooking field has been switched off the control light continues to illumi-
nate until the cooking field temperature falls below 50°C.
Caution Risk of burns!
Do not touch the ceran hob when the residual heat control lights are on!
In the event of a power failure, the control lights are off, although the cooking fields
can still be hot!
