Press <Options> to access the following options:
•
View: access the stored memo(s) for that date.
•
Create: add a new event, anniversary,
miscellaneous event, or task.
•
Week view: switch to the week view screen.
•
Go to today: access the current date.
•
Go to date: enter a specific date.
•
Delete: access the following deleting options:
Selected date: delete items stored on the
currently selected date.
Preceding events: delete events on past dates.
•
Delete all: delete all of scheduled events.
You can schedule up to 400 events on the calendar,
and schedule more than one event per day.
Entering a new scheduled event
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Create → Schedule
or Miscellaneous.

3. Enter information or change the settings in the
following entry fields:
•
Subject: enter the title of the event.
•
Details: enter event details.
•
Start date and End date: enter the starting
and ending dates for the event.
•
Start time and End time: enter the starting
and ending times for the event.
•
AM/PM: select AM or PM in 12-hour time
format.
•
Location: (for Schedule) enter information
about the event location.
•
Alarm: set an alarm for the event.
•
Before: set the time for the alarm.
•
Alarm tone: select an alarm tone.
•
Repeat: (for Schedule) set the event to recur,
and set a repeat unit.
•
Until: (for Schedule) if the event will recur,
set the ending date.
4.
Press <Save> to save the event.
Entering a new anniversary
1. Select a date on the calendar.
