5. At the text field where you want to enter text or a
number, enter the information on the Text entry
screen.
For details about entering information, see page 2-4.
6. To assign the entry to a category, tap the Category
field and select a category from the list. You can
display entries by category in the Address screen.
You can create a new category by tapping the Edit tab
on the Category screen. You can also edit or delete
categories. For details, see page 3-9.
7. When you are finished entering information in the
General tab of the New Address screen, tap the Detail
tab at the bottom of the screen.
8. In the Detail tab, you can enter additional information,
such as a birthday date.
If you want to prevent other people from viewing the
entry on the Address screen, check the Private box.
When the Private box is checked, your PDA phone
hides the entry. Only a person who enters the
password can view the entry's information. For details
about making private, see page 3-7.
9. In the Phone tab, you can set a quick dial number and
a special ringer for the entry.
