Possible cause
The desired room temperature is too
low (high).
The desired room temperature cannot
be reached.
The weather-dependent curve is set
incorrectly.
Possible cause
You ran out of domestic hot water
because of unusually high consumption.
The desired storage tank temperature is
too low.
When the heat pump fails to operate, the backup heater or boiler can serve as an
emergency heater. It then takes over the heat load either automatically or by
manual interaction.
Corrective action
Increase (decrease) the desired room
temperature. See
