- Not following these instructions may cause serious injury and/or death to the user and other persons.
- Do not use this BBB lithium powered LED light without previously having carefully read the safety instructions.
- If you have any doubts, questions or concerns regarding the use/installation of this BBB lithium powered LED light, contact your local BBB dealer.
- Always use the light in respect to others. Do not shine directly in the eyes.
There are several safety and handling instructions to be regarded when using this BBB lithium battery powered LED light. Read these instructions before use.
- Do not touch the aluminum casing of the headlight when the light is switched on. The casing can be hot. - Do not attempt to open or disassemble this BBB light! - Remove the BBB light when cleaning the bike.
- The light is protected against overheating. It automatically will dim when the temperature goes above 85 degree Celsius and will light up again when the temperature is at normal operating temperature.
- Do not short circuit. Avoid contacting the USB port with metal objects.
- Do not charge the BBB light unattended.
- Do not charge a damaged BBB light.
- Do not charge in adverse circumstances (dust, humidity over 80% rel, moisture or temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C).
- Do not expose the light to extremely high temperatures above 50°C (122°F).
- The headlight may get hot during use, so make sure it gets adequate airflow and handle with caution. If the light is on and stationary for more than 5 minutes, turn it off. Overheating may cause permanent damage to the LED.
- Do not use the light indoor, this may cause overheating the LED.
- Keep the battery pack out of reach of children. The light may cause interference when mounted within 5 cm of electronic devices.
- If the light is not used for a long period of time, fully recharge the light again before use. While the light is in storage, charge it at least once every six months. Use the light to run it flat and charge again before storing it in a cool location.
- Always store the light completely charged.
CHARGING PROCESS
Note: To ensure maximum run-time, make sure the battery pack is fully charged.
- Connect the USB cable to the USB port of the computer. (fig. 1)

- Connect the USB cable to the USB port of the BBB light. (fig. 2)

- The steady RED LED indicates the charging process. The charging time is 4 hrs when the BBB light is completely empty. When the lithium battery is fully charged, the indication will switch off.
- Remove the USB cable carefully.
USE ON THE BICYCLE
- Mount the BBB light as illustrated. (fig. 3)

- Hold the button two seconds to switch the light on/off. (fig. 4)

- When the battery pack is at 20% battery capacity the blue light will start to blink.
- Always close the USB port with the rubber USB cover, to ensure water resistance.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
The USB cable is connected properly, but the charging LED does not turn RED:
- USB cable is not connected properly.
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to the USB port of the computer and BBB light.
- Contacts may be dirty
- Clean the contacts of the USB port of the light.c. USB cable is damaged.
- Contact your local BBB dealer to get a new USB cable.d. Faulty battery pack.
- Contact your local BBB dealer.
ENVIRONMENT
Do not dispose this BBB lithium powered light with unsorted waste. Improper disposal may be harmful to the environment and human health. Please refer to your local waste authority for information on return and collection systems in your area.

Do not dispose the BBB light in a fire.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To ensure proper functioning of the BBB light, keep the contacts of the USB port free from dust, dirt and water.
Use a dry cloth only to clean the contact.
- Repairs should only be carried out by a BBB dealer.
