NOTES:
1.
For high wind, wind blocked sites, a tee may be installed at the fresh air inlet. The leg of
the tee connects to the combustion air intake.
2.
On the flue vent side, a tee or exit cone (velocity cone) may be utilized in place of a rain
cap for high wind or wind blocked sites.
3.
The branches of the tee can be in the horizontal or vertical direction, as determined by the
system designer and site conditions.
