Maintenance Schedule
– Clean the magazine (12). Remove plastic or wood shav-
ings that may accumulate in the magazine during work.
Measure
Cleaning the magazine (12) and
magazine slider (13).
Ensure that the discharge lock-off (2)
functions properly.
Rectifying Faults
Problem
The power tool is not ready for opera-
tion.
The power tool is ready for operation,
but no nails are discharged.

Clean the power tool at regular intervals using com-
pressed air.
Explanation

Corrective measures
– Fully recharge the battery or replace
it.
– Make sure that the battery is firmly
engaged in the handle.
– Wait until the battery has reached the
optimal operating temperature again.
– Contact an authorised Bosch after-
sales service centre. Have the com-
ponent replaced there.
– Refill the magazine.(see "Loading the
magazine (see figures A1–A4)",
page 20)
