POWER BATTERY AND CHARGING Effects on Medical Operation When the power battery is being charged, it will generate electromagnetic radiation which affects the operation of nearby electrical medical equipment, causing serious injuries or deaths. Therefore, before charging, users who use certain equipment (such as implanted cardiac pacemakers or implanted cardioverter defibrillators) should ask their doctors or producers of those equipment whether there are any effects on medical operation.
  • Page 10 If the battery is used and maintained improperly, its capacity will be decreased at a higher speed, and the range of the motorcycle will be reduced rapidly accordingly. If the battery range decreases rapidly, please contact the after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO. Charging must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant requirements of this manual to prevent accidents.
  • Page 11: Motorcycle Voltage System Damage

Motorcycle Voltage System Damage The designated voltage for electric motorcycles is high voltage, which exceeds the safety voltage of 36V, so the rescue work needs careful operation and backup support. DANGER If the designated voltage cable components of the motorcycle are damaged and the wires and terminals are exposed, do not touch the exposed parts under any circumstances.
  • Page 12 To prevent the battery from heating up, smoking, catching fire, or bursting, please do not: Put the battery near water or immerse it in water; Place the battery near fire sources or heaters; Place the battery in a place with high temperature (≥45°C) for a long time, such as in direct sunlight; Strike or throw the battery;...

  • Page 14 Motorcycle Soaking If the motorcycle is soaked, water may short-circuit the motorcycle, resulting in its designated voltage system being cut off. If the water is shallow or penetrates into parts that will not cause a short-circuit, the special voltage system may not be cut off. Please completely disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO.
  • Page 15: Battery

Battery The motorcycle uses the lithium ion battery package of 69V 27Ah(@25°C, 2.75V~4.3V,1C). The battery is characteristic of large capacity, low self-discharge, high energy, long service life, safety and reliability. It is an ideal power battery. The capacity of the battery decreases gradually with the increase of usage time and riding mileage.
  • Page 16 Battery Maintenance Before using the battery for the first time, the power battery shall be charged at least 100%; When the instrument indicates that there remains 20% of the power, please charge it as soon as possible. Try not to consume the battery power to the minimum, or the service life of the battery will be reduced. After the battery package is fully discharged, it must be charged for at least 1 hour within 24 hours to avoid damage due to continuous power consumption.
  • Page 17: Charging

Charging WARNING Do not charge or park the motorcycle in residential buildings. When charging, keep it away from inflammables and explosives, beware of flames and sparks, and the charging time should not be too long. Do not charge the motorcycle in a confined space, a high-temperature or humid environment and when it is raining.
  • Page 18 High voltage is dangerous. Do not disassemble, repair or replace the components in the charger by yourself. Using a charger with abnormal charging characteristics will lead to insufficient or overcharge of the battery. The use and storage environment of the charger shall be dry and ventilated, and prevent liquids, granular objects or metal objects from entering the charger to avoid short circuit inside the charger.
  • Page 19: High Voltage Warning

Information about power package At a normal temperature, the charging time of 2.5 kw model power package from 0% to 100% with a 520 w charger usually takes 4.2 hours; and with a 750 w charger, it takes 3.5 hours. When the motorcycle is turned off, the motorcycle's electronics will still consume power from the power package at a very low rate.
  • Page 20: Precautions For Extreme Environments

Precautions for Extreme Environments Low-temperature Environment Generally, low-temperature environments have no permanent impact on the motorcycle’s power battery, but the low temperature will temporarily affect the release of power battery’s energy. The colder the environment is, the more the riders can feel the changes brought by this impact on the riding experience. For example, when the power declines, the time for the motorcycle to reach the maximum speed will be prolonged accordingly.
  • Page 21: Before Riding

BEFORE RIDING WARNING Different warning labels are set at the visible position of the motorcycle. Please do not remove any warning labels. If these labels are missing, you or others may not recognize the danger, resulting in injuries. DANGER This product is only applicable to a reasonable and prudent riding by trained persons holding corresponding riding licenses on the highway.
  • Page 22 DANGER Do not make any modification to the motorcycle. Non-standard modifications may lead to serious consequences. Any modification to the devices or electrical parts of this motorcycle will influence safety, range and performance. Incorrect loading can lead to serious consequences. Improper accessories may cause safety hazards.
  • Page 23 NOTE As the design and quality of the motorcycle’s components are constantly improved, the printed manual may be slightly different from the latest motorcycles. The descriptions and procedures here are for reference only. Some features described in the manual may not be applicable to the models currently sold in the market. All descriptions and directions given in this manual are based on the vision of the operator when sitting on the motorcycle.
  • Page 24: Basic Information

Basic Information Pay attention to the following basic information before riding: 1. Any passenger must be very familiar with the particularity of electric motorcycle’s riding. If the passenger sits in an inappropriate position, the center of gravity of the human body deviates too much from the center of the electric motorcycle during the riding or sudden moves, it may affect the operation and control of the electric motorcycle.
  • Page 25: Safe Riding Gear

Safe Riding Gear Always wear clothing suited to the type of riding for the driver and passenger, includes: An approved helmet Goggles Gloves Long-sleeved shirts or jackets Long pants Over-the-ankle boots According to the actual weather, you may need extra apparel, such as anti-fog goggles, thermal underwear and a face guard for cold weather.
  • Page 26 An open-face helmet can not offer the same protection for your face and jaw. Please wear detachable face masks and goggles when wearing an open-face helmet. Do not depend on eyeglasses or sunglasses for enough eye protection, as they may fly out or shatter in case of an accident to cause second damage, and they can not prevent wind and airborne objects from getting into eyes.
  • Page 27 Boots Always wear closed-toe, over-the-ankle boots. Sturdy over-the-ankle boots with non-slip soles offer more protection, and allow you to put your foot properly on the foot pegs. Avoid long shoelaces that could get tangled in the vehicle components. In winter, rubber-soled boots with either nylon or leather uppers and removable felt liners are best suited.
